Expert Agent’s weekly applicant Bulletin facility enables you to send all active applicants on your mailing list a weekly email every Wednesday night detailing properties that match their individual requirements.
The properties are divided up so that the applicant can clearly see New Instructions, Price Changes and general stocks. Applicants can amend their individual match criteria, amend the way they wish to be contacted and unsubscribe from the database.
The applicant weekly email match system is totally automated and only requires some simple configuration to setup.
Once configured Expert Agent will then automatically send all registered active applicants who have specified that they are happy to be contacted via email a weekly update with a link that displays the matching properties.
Weekly Applicant Email Bulletins are sent on Wednesday nights. We took advice from lots of clients before settling on this. The idea is that applicants then have Thursday and Friday to make viewing appointments.
