We're pleased with our online support call logging system and it seems you are too.

We always knew that we had to establish your trust in the new system.

You had to become confident that if you logged an urgent call, you would get a call back within an hour. In fact, since we launched this system, the average response time for Urgent calls has been in single figures.

We now send you an email when we post replies to your support ticket

We have also upgraded our phone system to split general/sales calls and support ticket chaseups - when you call us, press 2 for support ticket chaseups - make sure you have your ticket number to hand. We won't now log support calls for you. Rest assured that this is as far as we plan to go with telephone automation - we hate call queuing systems as much as you do!
