We have held our basic, headline price at £25 per user per month since our launch in 2004. Neil Lethby, our new corporate finance director, has just completed his business modelling to give us a three year growth plan.

This makes clear to us the cost of hosting and supporting our clients, particularly in relation to the many features and benefits that we have already introduced and plan to introduce shortly. It shows us that we need to make a small price adjustment.

From 1st March, new members are paying £30 per user per month (or £35 with postcoding). However, as "founder members" we are happy to hold your price at the current level until 1st September when it too will increase by the same percentage. We are then happy to provide a written guarantee that we will not further increase your basic headline price before Sept 08, as a "thank-you" for your support so far.

Note that we have always offered a 15% discount for annual in advance payments. If you would like to pay for 12-months and save 15% on your current rate, thereby gaining a huge saving compared to the post September rate, please talk to Caroline on our sales number soon.
