We have built the only truly independent estate agency network linked by web technology.
We're at just under 500 branches and we're growing at 20 branches per month.

Driving Business to Our Members

We are now actively pursuing opportunites for our members - particularly those that give Expert Agent members a unique advantage. Our proposition for new homes builders, for example, is unique. "We are asking them to give you their part exchanges and you will give them  instant, realtime feedback and sales progressing via a web based interface".

• Sole UK Part Exchange Sales Deal for medium sized Midlands house builder.
• Discounts on conveyancing products and ultimately HIPs from a major national supplier.
• Discounts for our members on two national property portal sites.
