 How Does it Work? The process is very straightforward. We will assume that Mr Smith registers with Baxters in Bath. He has a house to sell in the SN3 0GH area of Swindon. As Baxters’ negotiator enters Smith’s details, Expert Agent spots that Smith lives out of Baxters’ area. It asks if Smith has a house to sell and asks the negotiator if he wants to refer. Soon afterwards, a message arrives on the homepage at Miles & Co in Swindon, alerting them that they have a new potential vendor referral.
How much does it cost? FREE till 1st Feb then £35 per month giving you referrals for 2 postal districts (ie SN3 & SN4) then £10 per additional postal district per month.
