1. You pay a one-time setup charge of just £650 to cover:

 

• configuration training
• staff training
• creating a set of full property particulars and letterheads
• styling the property-search and display components for your website.

 

2. You decide how many concurrent users you want
(the number that will connect at any one time).

 

• first concurrent user: £50 per month
• second concurrent user: £40 per month
• each subsequent concurrent user: £35 per month.
