Extra Marketing Opportunities
We have added support for a couple of extra portals this month

Look4aproperty.com is interesting. This site has grand plans - including a TV campaign that runs throughout April & September on ITV1, ITV2 & ITV3. It is a good looking site and whilst fairly devoid of content at present, we've been sent a list of top-notch firms that have apparantly signed up and are finalising their data uploads. They are prepared to offer you a free 6 month subscription if you sign up to a contract totalling 18 months. Their rates seem very cheap. Can they survive and flourish? Their MD Aaron Turner seems adamant that they can. Worth a look at!

We've also created a link to the new housesforsalein... series - www.housesforsaleinbath.co.uk is already live, Exeter and some south coast towns launch this month. They have ambitious plans - again, worth a look.

Generally, we are not writing new portal uploads. Our Users Group meeting before Christmas concluded that writing uploads to all the various new sites that are popping up in the wake of newspaper buyouts and imminent flotations stops us from hitting our development targets. Users Group members were asked to decide whether we should add lots more links (at roughly 5-man-days each) or whether we should push on with better sales progressing, a better diary etc. The unanimous decision was that we should not create new uploads now. If you really want to send to a new portal, we can make your data available to them in OUR standard format - they can collect it from our servers with your permission. We will review the decision and the success of the various new portals in the summer.
