New innovations include:

Fully automated "applicant update email"
This is sent every Wednesday night to every applicant with an email address. It can be styled by you and links to a personalised property selection that separates suitable new instructions, prices changes and existing stock. Applicants can then change their requirements and even unsubscribe as required. Trials suggest that the phone starts ringing at 9am every Thursday!

Newsletter
Create newsletters like this and set up every applicant, vendor, potential vendor, purchaser, solicitor etc to receive a copy ongoing. Suscribers manage themselves and can even invite their friends and family to join.

Website Map Search
Most Expert Agent users let us provide the property display technology for use in their websites. We have just updated this to overlay properties on Microsoft Live's new mapping and aerial photo technology - look at www.rookmatthewssayer.co.uk for an example. It is much faster and has better aerial photography than the more common Google maps equivalent.

New Diaries
Our new daily, weekly and overview diaries can be accessed from any web connected PC and will sync with your PDA, Blackberry or Outlook.
