Our Potential Valuation Alert (PVA) is a very clever scheme which means you get to hear about people thinking about selling in your area before they’ve instructed anyone. Here’s how it works.

 

Mr & Mrs Home live in your area, Yourtown, and are looking to move to Newtown. On a trip to Newtown they register with an Expert Agent member there (there are well over 1100 offices using Expert Agent across the UK). That agent chooses to alert you, via Expert Agent, that Mr & Mrs Home are thinking of selling, and shows you their contact details.

 

You phone Mr & Mrs Home and arrange a valuation. They instruct you and a few weeks later you sell their home. The agent in Newtown gets a slice of your commission as a thank-you for referring Mr & Mrs Home.

 

Everyone’s happy:

 

• You get an instruction you didn’t know about.
• The referring agent gets a commission.
• The customer gets their home sold.

 

Now, just imagine this in reverse. Mr & Mrs Flat live in Theirtown and want to move to Yourtown. They register with you, you click to refer them to the Expert Agent member in Theirtown, and when they sell, you get a slice of his commission.
