Aren’t I horribly reliant on the internet for my system
to work?

Well, yes you are, but you actually have fewer potential points of failure than with a PC-based software. Let us explain. With PC or server-based software, if one of these stops working so do you! With Expert Agent, there are no servers in your office to break down, and if your PC stops working, you can work from any other PC with an internet connection. And if your internet connection fails, just decamp to the local Starbucks or your home and pick up where you left off.

 

What’s the difference between web-based and
web-enabled?

Expert Agent is entirely web-based – like any other website. This is different to web-enabled which still means you have to download software onto your PC. So if you want to work at any other PC, you’ll have to install the software on that one too, perhaps with the cost of an additional licence.

 

Can I upload my existing property and applicant data?

Yes, we can migrate data from many popular software packages, making it a relatively seamless process.

 

What happens if I don’t like Expert Agent. Can I take my
data with me?

Highly unlikely you won’t like Expert Agent, but for peace of mind, we can download all your applicant data and vendor data into Excel spreadsheets.
