• you get home and realise you’ve forgotten to call a client: you look it up from your home PC and call them
• you’re on a late viewing and they’ve not turned up: log in to Expert Agent via your iPhone, Blackberry or other smartphone to get the number to call them
• you’re stuck in traffic en-route to a valuation: again, use your smartphone
• you’re on holiday and want to keep in touch: log-in at an internet café or via your smartphone to check progress

All this is possible because Expert Agent is entire web-based – like any other website. (This is different to web-enabled which still means you have to download software onto your PC. So if you want to work at any other PC, you’ll have to install the software on that one too, perhaps with the cost of an additional licence.)
