Training

 

You’ll find Expert Agent easy, logical and intuitive. However to really get the most out of it, we recommend that new users do 4 one-hour basic training courses.

We can deliver these training courses in any of three
ways:

 

1. Free Live web-based presentations – you connect to our presentations (which are held every Monday and Tuesday) and, using a headset or just a telephone call to a Bristol number, can actively contribute and ask questions. 60% of new customers do this and find it very successful, especially the smaller businesses. We ensure your staff attend, we do a test at the end and you can get to see the results.
2. Recorded video all of the courses are available here – 30% of new customers do this. In addition, we have a YouTube Video channel with lots of short training sessions.
3. On site at your office (£550 per day – ouch!) we bring six laptops and a projector then do the course in your board room / dining room / local pub – just 10% of customers ask for this.
