We can also provide custom web powering designed around your website and branding. With a choice between 'List View' or 'Magazine View' for the listings page and endless possibilites for the details page we can adjust the layout, change the colouring and style the powering to your preferences.

Custom Search Feature

We can integrate a custom search feature into your website design situated on your home page or all pages allowing your users quick and easy access to your properties. We have a variety of search fields available to search from such as the standard bedrooms, price and location to additional options like chainfree or new homes.

Map Search

In addition to our custom search feature above we can also combine this with a map to display the areas you cover. This can either be a static map for visual purposes only, or dynamic meaning when a certain area is clicked it takes the user through to those relevent properties. The 'hotspots' will be tied to the areas you have defined in Expert Agent.

Interactive Mapping

Interactive Map Search allows you to plot your property register on either a map or an aerial photo using the latest Microsoft Live technology.

This capability sits within your website, within match emails and links to full details requests from Rightmove and the other Portals. On your website It allows users to return results either in the standard list view or map view.

You can enhance it yourself by adding local schools, railway stations, points of interest etc.
