The university town of Penryn is the subject of a massive ongoing investment, following the recent opening of the university campus at Tremough and varied residential and commercial developments with excellent amenities. There are excellent local transport links by bus and rail.  Penryn has a train station that is a short walk from the property and offers regular services to Falmouth and Truro.
