Payment of up to £15 inc VAT for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices or if proven to be more by the Agent this cost will be passed on to the tenant.
Payment of any unpaid rent and other reasonable costs/Landlord Administration Charges associated with your early termination of the tenancy
