Student Fees Apply

When your offer is accepted, subject to contract, you will be asked to pay a tenancy set up fee to secure the property. You will receive a receipt for these funds which details terms and conditions.

The fee is to reference one tenant, identity and right to rent check. Contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms and arranging the tenancy - £199.00 (inc VAT) per person which includes the Guarantor fee for Referencing, identity check and preparing a deed of Guarantee as part of the Tenancy Agreement.

During the tenancy you may wish to extend your contract and for that renewal fee will be charged for the works of Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy period and documentation - £99 (inc VAT). 

Please also consider the costs that must be covered in addition to the rent unless specified within the tenancy agreement. This might include Utilities (gas, electric, water and telecoms) Council tax,  Television license,  Insurance for your own contents and Garden maintenance.

At the end of the tenancy there may be a check out fee– charged on a sliding scale depending on the size of the property and whether furnished or unfurnished and you will be made aware of these costs when initially securing the property.
