STUNNING 1 BEDROOM CITY CENTRE APARTMENT – MILLENNIUM SQUARE VIEWS & GENEROUS LIVING SPACE
A superb one-bedroom apartment offering stylish, spacious accommodation in an outstanding Leeds city centre location, with fantastic views overlooking the iconic Millennium Square.
Set within an attractive, smaller residential development, this beautifully presented apartment offers a sense of exclusivity and a level of space rarely found in a typical city centre one-bedroom property.
The real highlight is the exceptionally generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, providing plenty of room to cook, relax and entertain without the compromises often associated with apartment living. The modern fitted kitchen comes complete with white goods, while the spacious living area makes this a genuinely comfortable place to call home.
The large double bedroom benefits from impressive windows allowing plenty of natural light to flood in, together with the added advantage of not being directly overlooked by neighbouring apartments.
Another standout feature is the bathroom arrangement. The bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom, while a separate guest WC provides additional convenience – a particularly unusual and welcome feature in a one-bedroom city centre apartment.
