Situated just two miles outside the historic walled town of Conwy is located on the banks of the River Conwy and is famous for it's Castle. There is a busy harbour marina, golf course, wealth of local shops, medical centres, library, banks and schools and is located on a main bus route. The A55 expressway for easy access to Chester and motorways, are nearby.

Turn left from our Conwy office, first left into Uppergate Street, through the arch and bear right onto Sychnant Pass Road. Proceed along this road for 1½ miles then over the Cattle Grid, take the second left lane and after a short distance there will be be a row of terraced houses on your right, take the immediate right turn after the houses and follow the road until you reach a house on the left called ‘Encily-Coed’ immediately after this house you will see a stone with a sign to ‘Llechan Uchaf’ and private access, turn left continue along this road through the gate and and you will come to ‘Llechan Uchaf’ if you continue to the end of the this road.
