Relevant letting fees and tenant protection information
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Permitted payments

Before the tenancy starts (payable to PM Lettings ‘the Agent’)
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
During the tenancy (payable to PM Lettings)
Payment of up to £60 incl VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement.
Interest will be charged in line with the Bank of England’s rate if a rent payment is more than 14 days overdue for each day the payment is outstanding.
If the tenant(s) lose keys/security devices, we encourage the tenant to resolve the issue independently. If this is not possible then the tenant covers the cost of each item plus the agents time at £15 per hour.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
Tenant protection
PM Lettings is a member of ARLA and SAFE Agent, which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of The Ombudsman Services, which is a redress scheme. You can find out more details on our website or by contacting us directly.
