Located just off the bustling High Street, which has a variety of shops, cafes, village pubs, a library, post office and other essential facilities. The A23 is about 5 miles connecting to the M25 in about 30 minutes with the A24 accessible via West Grinstead at about 5.5 miles. The market town of Horsham is about 20 minutes by car with Brighton and the coast a similar journey time to the south.
