A further charge of £50+VAT (£60) will be added for administering the replacement.
Variation of Contract (tenant's request) - £50+VAT (£60) per agreed variation. To cover the costs associated with the negotiation as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.
Early Termination (tenant's request) - £50+VAT (£60) plus Landlord's expenses incurred. Should a tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to pay the landlord's expenses in their early termination and re-letting of the property, as well as all rent and bills due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy.
