Lost Keys or Security Devices - Tenants will be liable during tenancy for replacements 

Variation of Contract or change of Sharer £50 Inc. VAT 

Early Termination by Tenant(s) - Landlord costs associated in re-letting the property 

Utility Payments - tenant remain responsible, unless agreed otherwise for all utility payments, TV licence and Council tax accounts, please refer to you AST for full information.
