TENANT FEE SCHEDULE

Holding Deposit

One weeks rent. This is to reserve a property whilst referencing is taking place. Please note that this deposit will be withheld should any relevant person including any guarantor required a) withdraw from the tenancy b) fail a Right to Rent check c) provide materially significant false or misleading information or d) fail to sign their Tenancy Agreement and/or Deed of Guarantee by the deadline mutually agreed in writing.

Security Deposit

Five weeks rent to cover any damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.

 

Unpaid Rent

Interest at 3% above Bank of England Base Rate from the rent due date until paid. This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.

 

Lost Keys

Tenants are liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys or other security devices. If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the cost of a locksmiths labour, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant (two copies) plus the landlord (one copy) and agent (one copy) will be charged to the tenant

 

Variation of Contract at the Tenants Request

Early Termination at the Tenants Request
