A few word from the owner

I bought this flat when I had truly had enough of renting rooms in shared houses and decided to take the plunge - moving slightly further out and living on my own. I’m so glad I did. The peacefulness of having a place to call my own has been wonderful, and the flat has been a fantastic base. It’s close to the station, making it quick and easy to get into the other parts of London. Locally, Bruce Castle Park is nearby for walks and fresh air, and there are some great pubs within easy reach. The Antwerp Arms (“the Annie”) is a friendly neighbourhood local, while The Elmhurst is also a short walk away and has a great beer garden to enjoy in summer.

Practical touches have also made a big difference - the loft storage has come in handy, and the flat itself gets plenty of natural light during the day. The windows look out over the communal gardens and trees beyond, which creates a lovely sense of openness.

I’ve also enjoyed  friendly relationships with my neighbours, while also appreciating the quiet that comes from having no one above me or to the left. Combined with the residential setting away from the main road, the flat feels peaceful and calm.

North Tottenham has allowed me to stay well connected  via White Hart Lane station and the easy link to Seven Sisters and the Victoria line, while also having a distinct character of its own: youthful, vibrant, and full of energy. Match days bring a fun atmosphere as multiple generations come together to support their team, and when Beyoncé came to town it was great to see pink cowboy hats everywhere!

This has been the perfect first home for me, and I hope the next owner enjoys living here just as much as I have.
