TERMS

Lease for 3 years. If a Lease cannot be prepared in time you are required to take out a Licence for 6 months which is prepared by the Landlord. During this six month period a Lease will need to be prepared by the Landlord’s Solicitor and agreed by both parties.

Landlord pays legal fees, however 50% of these fees will be deducted if Tenant vacates during the Lease period.

6 months notice for both parties to vacate the office.
