This ground floor apartment is part of a period conversion of a Grade II listed building in the heart of Regency Cheltenham.

The beauty of this apartment is how it feels so secluded and quiet despite being in the town centre and easy walking distance to the huge array of shops, bars, eateries and amenities that our glorious town has to offer!!

The position is superb, overlooking the manicured communal lawn in the front of the building with off road parking which is a real luxury in itself so close to the town centre.

Inside, the communal entrance leads through to the apartment, once inside the entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge diner, complete with twin large sash windows where the light just streams in. The large double bedroom sits at the back of the flat, as does the large shower room which is in fact a level access wet room.

The kitchen is contemporary and refitted and in general, the property is in excellent decorative order.

In summary, this is a really smart ground floor apartment and boasts the perfect combination of being in a quiet backwater yet being right in the middle of Regency Cheltenham.

Agents Notes - The property shares the freehold with the other apartments in the building and there is a combined ground rent and service charge of £100 per month, this also covers your buildings insurance.

This property is unexpectedly back on the market due to an issue further down their chain.
